Mr. Yaqoob; the founder and acting chairman had his training for manufacturing techniques from Sialkot. His sons and current acting director, Mr. Zafar Iqbal and Mr. Muhammad Shahbaz joined the family business almost 20 years ago.

Instrument manufacturing process at FAGOR ENTERPRISES follows the German documentation, very strictly. Each instrument must pass all prescribed and documented tests during its manufacturing cycle. Each instrument travels through its manufacturing process with written test instructions and technical drawing against which the manufacturing batch is checked. Every step of this process is documented, very carefully. Only instruments those passes their quality tests, are marked, cleaned and then released for packing and storage.
